Our bodies contain thousands of protein which are made up by 20 different amino acids. I know, these amino acids must have some very strong bonds. Nine out of 20 amino acids are essential amino acids that are only obtained through your diet and not created by your body. Three out of the nine essential amino acids are the Branched-chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) i.e. leucine, valine, and isoleucine.
